OrderHero provides software that lets a shop take orders from its customers over WhatsApp. We are not the seller. The shop is responsible for its products, prices, food safety, and fulfilling orders.
Shops pay a monthly subscription, billed in advance. A service fee is added to each customer order. Card processing fees are charged by Stripe directly and are not marked up by us. WhatsApp message costs are billed to the shop by Meta under the shop's own WhatsApp Business account.
Either side can cancel the subscription at any time. Fees already paid are not refunded.
Keep your menu and prices accurate. Respond to orders you accept. Comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and applicable law. Do not use OrderHero to send unsolicited marketing.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Parts of the service depend on Meta, Stripe and Uber, which we do not control.
We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
